Historic Monument
by the seaside in Nice

An ideal location in Nice

At the foot of the building is the Cours Saleya with its flower market. You will appreciate the immense marine panorama: The Bay of Angels, the terraces of the Directoire period, the port and the Cap Ferrat. On the left, you will be able to contemplate the district of Pré-aux-Oies, with its steeple and the buildings of Saint François de Paule, the green courtyard of the restaurant "La Bécasse" or the old Visconti bookstore, all against the backdrop of Mont Chauve and Mont Vial.

This five-storey building is characterized by a monumental stairwell located in a central position. Walls and ceilings are covered with frescoes made by Verneuil, great painter of art nouveau, in the last century.
